Uric  acid is the final result of the process of metabolic breakdown of purine. It is a compound of C5H4N4O3. Normally, about 70% of the daily uric acid is eliminated via kidneys. The uric acid level will show the problems of your health. It contains malic acid which helps in breaking down and removing uric acid from the body. Apples also contain malic acid and you should eat at least one a day.

High-fiber Foods

Along with adding vitamin C-rich foods in your diet, the foods rich in fiber are also useful for controlling uric acid levels. The foods contain starchy carbohydrates are good for your uric acid levels. These foods can absorb it and get it out of your body. The foods rich in fiber are strawberries, oranges, pears, apples, whole grains. The foods contain full of starchy carbohydrates include bananas, oats, potato, quinoa, whole grain pasta, rice. However, the foods with refined carbohydrates like candies, cakes, and white bread should be avoided.

Lemon Juice
