Garlic and honey home remedy can be prepared this way:
3 heads of garlic, peeled and separated into cloves (about 24 cloves)
raw honey to fill your glass jar of choice (raw honey is more nutritious than store-bought honey)
Finley chop the garlic and mix it with the honey. You must consume this medicine on an empty stomach every morning.
You can also try the garlic fly tonic. What you will need is:
- Half a yellow onion, roughly chopped
- 5 cloves of garlic, roughly chopped
- 2 red chili peppers, roughly chopped
- 1 heaping tablespoon of ginger, roughly chopped
- Juice of one lemon
- Apple cider vinegar, organic, unfiltered and raw
Put the chopped onion in the bottom of a 500 ml Mason jar. Add the garlic as a second layer and the red chili peppers as third. Then carefully layer some chopped ginger. Squeeze you lemon into a separate bowl, discard the seeds and pour the juice next. Top off mason jar with apple cider vinegar, leaving about a cm of room at the top.
Store the jar in a dark and cool place and consume frequently or until all the symptoms you have disappear.
